and Labor
The Universal Bullshit Detector
Watch™ is
made with the finest parts and workmanship, and, with normal
use, will bring you much enjoyment. We warrant our products to
be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal
use and conditions for a period of thirty (30) days from the
original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover
damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
water damage, loss, battery replacement or improper handling
and/or care. In addition, this limited warranty does not warrant
the effective life (length of service) of the batteries since
the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the
usage patterns and the quality of care given over a battery's
lifetime. This limited warranty extends only to the original
purchaser. Warranty is void if any internal component has been
altered or modified. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to, at our option, the replacement of the product under warranty
or a full refund minus shipping and handling. All products for
which a warranty claim is made must be received by Irreverently
Yours according to the terms in FAQ #7 regarding our return
policy.
